The hotel had very spacious and clean rooms, and we were served a warm and delicious breakfast even though we overslept. The gardens were also quite impressive. What we liked the most about the hotel was that it was located in a peaceful area but still easily accessible to the city center, and the staff was fantastic.
One thing that we didn't like about the hotel was that it was quite far from other amenities in the area. Additionally, although the hotel boasted of having English-speaking staff, we had some communication issues with some of the personnel. However, overall, we had a positive experience during our city break at this hotel, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to this part of the country.

We also appreciated the help from the staff. They were knowledgeable and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit. the location was great. It was very quiet and peaceful, which was perfect after a long day of sightseeing.
The lack of amenities in the room. There was no way to make a hot beverage, and we had to go to the lobby to get some.

Although the location of the hotel was beautiful and peaceful, it was a considerable distance away from other attractions.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. The rooms were of excellent quality, with great amenities and a fabulous shower. What truly impressed us was the staff's attentiveness and care. They even sent back my earrings, which I had forgotten in the room. Though they were not valuable, they meant a lot to me as a sentimental gift. We will definitely be returning to this hotel whenever we visit Poland. The staff's attitude and the overall sense of care and comfort made our family experience truly unforgettable. Thank you!
For families with children, my children wished there were more activities or a play area provided.
